Pay with iDEAL
An easy way to pay, according to the same strict security requirements of the respective bank.
Credit card
We accept credit cards from VISA, MasterCard, and Amex. When paying by credit card, your data is always protected against third-party access. The invoice amount will be debited within a few days after delivery of the order. House of Bears uses the order date as the purchase date on your credit card statement.
PayPal
Pay easily via PayPal without sharing your details. Log in with your PayPal account to complete the payment. House of Bears randomly checks orders with high invoice amounts. We do this to guarantee payment security and prevent misuse or fraud.

All product prices on houseofbears.com include VAT. House of Bears makes every effort to state the correct price for every product in the webshop in all cases. However, should it happen that the price of a product in the shopping cart differs from the price displayed on one or more pages in the webshop, the price of the product in the digital shopping cart is always considered final. No rights can be derived from inadvertently incorrect pricing on product collection pages or product detail pages.

We only process returns using the return form below. At HOUSE OF BEARS, a return period of 14 days applies.
You can download the return form for the Netherlands here.
If we receive a returned item that does not meet our return conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it. We will then charge shipping costs again to return the item to you.
Tot wanneer kan ik de artikelen ruilen?
You have 14 days to indicate that you wish to return your order. If you have ordered multiple products at once, the period starts running after you have received the last item. From the moment you have indicated you want to return your item, you must send it within 14 days. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
What are the requirements for my return shipment?
- If possible, return the products in the box in which the order was delivered.
- Return the products in their original packaging as much as possible.
- We request that you include a completed return form.
- The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
- Be careful with makeup: an item with makeup stains will not be accepted for return.
- An item with a strong smell (e.g., smoke, perfume) will not be accepted for return.
- If damage occurs to the product, you as the customer are responsible for the diminished value.
- No washing guarantee is provided. Problems after washing are your own responsibility.
- If you are unsure about return options, you can contact us to discuss this.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is not possible to return an order cash on delivery.

Our advice is to check the item for defects immediately upon receipt. If the item is found to be damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
How long will it take for the refund to be credited to my account?
You will receive the refund in your account within 14 days of us receiving the return in good condition.
Welk bedrag krijg ik terug?
If the return meets the return conditions, you will receive the purchase value of the product back. Should your return cause the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
EXAMPLE 1: You ordered €30 worth of items and decide to return €10 worth of products. In this situation, you will receive €10 back.
EXAMPLE 2: You ordered €60 worth of items for delivery in the Netherlands and decide to return €20 worth of products. In this situation, the original value of the order is €40. As a result, you are no longer entitled to free shipping, and the amount to be refunded is €20 minus the shipping costs associated with the chosen shipping method.
