RETURN FORM
We will only process a return if the return form below is used. At HOUSE OF BEARS a period of 14 days applies.

If we receive an item that does not meet our return conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it. We will then charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you.
UNTIL WHEN CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS?
You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return an item. If you have ordered multiple products at once, the period starts after you have received the last item. From the moment you have indicated that you want to return your item, you must send it within 14 days. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MY RETURN?

Preferably return the products in the box in which the order was delivered.

Return the products in their original packaging as much as possible.

We request that you include a completed return form.

The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.

Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be accepted for return.

An item with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume) will not be accepted for return.

If damage has occurred to the product, you as the customer are responsible for the loss of value.

No washing guarantee is provided. Problems after washing are your own responsibility.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. It is not possible to return an order cash on delivery.
WHAT IF THE DELIVERED ITEM IS BROKEN?
We advise you to check the item for defects immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT?
You will receive the amount in your account within 14 days of proper receipt of the return.
WHAT AMOUNT WILL I GET BACK?
If the return meets the return conditions, you will receive the purchase value of the product back. If your return causes your order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
EXAMPLE 1:
You ordered €30 worth of items and decide to return €10 worth of products. In this situation, you will receive €10 back.
EXAMPLE 2:
For delivery in the Netherlands, you ordered €60 worth of items and decide to return €20 worth of products. In this situation, the original value of the order is €40. As a result, you are no longer entitled to free shipping, and the amount to be received is €20 minus the shipping costs associated with the chosen shipping method.
